The Ghana Football Association (GFA) and DDP Outdoor Limited (DDP) have signed a four-year revenue sharing agreement for the latter to build and manage indoor perimeter billboards in all Premier League centers Ghanaian (GPL).
In addition to providing and managing quality billboards in the various stadiums, DDP, as part of the agreement, will also provide outdoor billboards in the country’s capitals and other advertising space in airports and other public places to promote GFA products and programs.
DDP Outdoor Limited, a leader in outdoor advertising in Ghana, will design, develop and manage a first class, high quality and state of the art advertising program, and install and maintain advertisements in the various stadiums on match days of the GPL.
In return for the rights granted under the agreement, DDP will pay GFA and Premier League clubs quarterly revenue from net sales generated from the advertising space available at Premier League matches. DDP will provide these out-of-home advertising materials to GFA at no cost to GFA.
This agreement will ensure the existence of a standardized brand image, high quality panels that combine brand impact and participant safety within the internal perimeter.
DDP Outdoor Limited was established in 1973 with an emphasis on outdoor advertising, display panel production and installation, point of sale equipment production, exhibition building / display, printing large format digital, etc.
Relying on a network of over 2,700 billboards, DDP serves both multinational and national companies in a variety of industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, financial services, sports, and more. .
The Ghana Football Association has announced that it will meet in the coming days with the 18 Premier League clubs for a full briefing and the conclusion of the deal.
