Texas Tech Red Raiders Football offers ‘fan-friendly offer’ for home games


It’s officially the start of “free week” for Texas Tech Red Raiders athletics on Monday, as the university announced Friday that it will begin a six-day contract beginning August 1 and ending Sunday, August 7. .

As the name suggests, the Athletic Department will waive all service fees on home tickets purchased over the phone or online at TexasTech.com beginning at 8:30 a.m. Monday and ending at midnight Sunday.

Fees on parking passes for Jones AT&T Stadium will also be waived.

It’s all part of what Tech says that makes this fun experience “one of the most affordable lineups of ticket options among Power Five schools nationwide this season.”

According to the official press release:

As part of its commitment to providing a rewarding gaming experience, Texas Tech will continue to provide one of the most affordable lineups of ticket options among Power-Five schools nationwide this season. Single-game ticket prices start at $15 for the season opener against Murray State and go up to $20 for Kansas, $35 for West Virginia and Houston, $50 for Oklahoma and Baylor, and 95 $ for Texas.

One of the offers also includes what is called the Kickoff Combo. Fans can either purchase a $10 ticket to the season opener against Murray State, a $20 ticket to the highly anticipated game against Houston, or purchase the combo, which includes tickets to both games for $25.

It’s set to be an exciting first season under new coach Joey McGuire. And with these new ticket deals, fans now have a better chance to catch the action live.
